After talking to a breeder with a lot of experience, I have decided to not buy this little guy.
He is not meeting the breeding standard for how a Devon Rex should look. He will probably be an amazing pet for someone else, so we continue to look for a little cat for our home.
It is a bit sad, but it is better to wait and find one that meets the standard better.
